Has trained in various studios in the Northwest area including MVP Dance Elite and the Westview Dance Team. While teaching and training, Alexis completed a Bachelors of Psychology Degree at George Fox University (2017).
Performed on the set of Portlandia for Fred Armisen and Carrie Brownstein, Durante Lambert’s “OZ” production, Twitch (from SYTYCD and Ellen) at Excel Dance Convention. Appeared in Con Bro Chill music video “What I Like” in 2015. Has received multiple choreography awards, most noteworthy being, “RAW: Mother Mary” at Monsters A-List Convention. Directed RAW dance crew, alongside Charlie Chheath and Jason Wickett, to their World of Dance Seattle win in 2016, as well as two full length-shows, “Lucid Dreams” and “The Glass Sneaker” in 2017.

Tumbling team 5 years, -rhythmic gymnastics accomplishments: Regional Champion 5 consecutive years, State Champion 5 consecutive years, qualified, attended and placed in top 15 at the Junior Olympics, ranked 9th overall at nationals in 2000 and placing in top 5 on certain events, and 5th overall at nationals in 2001 making the US National team also placing in the top 5 on certain events.
Coaching accomplishments: Regional Rhythmic Gymnastics 3 years in a row, accredited judge in the sport, and multiple solo/ duo and trio and group national champions in dance acro. Known for creating a one of a kind standout dance program in the greater Portland area.

From age seven to eighteen, Megan competed at multiple regional and national competitions. She started assisting classes at the age of 15 and started teaching at MVP Dance Elite at the age of 18. Over the summer of 2014 she did a week long intensive in New York City with the Radio City Rockettes. Megan is currently studying Communications at Portland State University and will be graduating Spring of 2019.

Competed with MVP Dance Elite for 10 years at regional and national competitions, is an Alumni of MVP Dance Elite’s “RAW”. Performed on the set of “Portlandia”, performed in Durante Lambert’s production of “OZ”. Received scholarships from Velocity, EXCEL In Motion, and JUMP dance conventions, completed Gigi Torres’s “Establish Your Empire” program. Joined Chapkis Dance Family’s professional hip hop company “Prophecy”, performed with them at various events across the US, and also competed with them at invitational “Body Rock 2015”, and “VIBE 2016” where they placed 3rd. Performed in and choreographed for RAW Dance Crew’s “Lucid Dreams”. She starting assisting classes at the age of 15 and teaching at 16. She has coached and taught at The Goddard School, Rose City Rhythmic Gymnastics and Performing Arts Collaborative, and MVP Dance Elite where she is currently a competitive choreographer, instructor, and Office Manager.

My training/techniques will only take students so far and it is their individuality that will create a new generation of beautiful genuine artists. Damon Keller has over 20 years of dancing and teaching experience. A native of Portland, OR, he started dancing all styles in high school and connected most with tap. After auditioning for Broadway tap company Bring In Da Noise, Bring In Da Funk (directed by Derick Grant), Damon found himself dancing in LA with TapSoundsUnderground (directed by the late Gregg Russell). When moving to Los Angeles, Damon was on faculty at the EDGE Performing Arts Center, a dancer with a tap/drum company called “LaFeet” at Disney California Adventure and toured 4 different dance conventions across North America as well as doing industrials for Nike, Columbia Sportswear, Oregon Lottery, and Macy’s. You can also see Damon in movies such as Men Of Honor with Cuba Gooding Jr and Robert DeNiro, Extraordinary Measures with Brandon Frasier and Harrison Ford, and a Capital One commercial for NCAA March Madness. Now settled, Damon works for Portland Public Schools as the Dance Department Director and Dance Team Director. Just completing his 7th year, he holds the position as the Arts Liaison for his school’s community, and he also works with SEI and SUN School programs within his school teaching Tap and Hip Hop. After his day job at Public School, you can find Damon teaching his self-identified tap style, “FNKTAP” (funk tap) at MVP where he completed his first season after 6 years. Fun fact, Damon was on the original faculty with MVP when it opened its doors in 2007.
Mikee Nadora is a professional dancer with more than 20 years of training. She is trained in ballet, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, musical theater, and hip hop.
Mikee’s pre-professional training includes NW Fusion at Westside Dance and Gymnastics Academy, Blazer Dancer Intensives, as well as RAW Dance Crew at MVP Dance Elite. She has competed regionally and nationally and has been in various concerts, commercials, and stage productions. She has taught at studios across the Portland-Metro Area, but currently resides at MVP Dance Elite.

Recetly moved to the Portland area, Maria has ben a competitive choreographer and studio owner for over 17 years. A graduate of the University of Maimi, she was a member of both the Hurricanettes and Sunsations dance teams. Founding Intensity Dancer’s Studio in 2002, she has won many championships and has help develop many students into professionals, with alumni on NBA dance teams across the country, as well as students touring with top musical artists. A seasoned instructor and judge, she’s worked throughout the US as a judge with Showbiz National Talent and StarSystems Talent for more than 10 years. Additionally, Marisa works as a consultant for many dance organizations across the country as well as setting choreography for elite clientele.

Annie Borden is originally from Seattle, Washington and currently lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband Casey. Annie started dancing young with small competition studios in the area, and then moved on to receive the bulk of her training with Pacific Northwest Ballet School. In 2017, Annie graduated magna cumelaude from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance. During her time there she worked closely with teachers and choreographers such as; Amy Ernst, Tamara Dkye-Compton, Douglas Nielsen, and James Clouser. While in school she also had the privilege to perform works by George Balanchine, Jerome Robbins, and Ohad Naharin. Annie has also trained under Alonzo King, Peter Chu, Banning Bouldin, Guy Shomroni, Yaniv Abraham, and Yin Yue. Since living in Portland, Annie most recently worked with Katie Scherman + Artists, where she performed a premiere work “To Have it All” in 2018. Annie has also performed works by Trevor Wilde in the BRINE Dance Festival and the NEW Expressive Works residency. Annie loves teaching dance and as of recently is also a yoga teacher. She makes it her mission to be an honest artist, always aiming to share about real life experiences and topics through movement.
