Tuition & Details
REGISTRATION, TUITION, AND PAYMENT POLICIES
To register, please complete the registration form online at mvpdanceelite.com. There will be a one-time registration fee of $35 for the season. Placement in a class is only guaranteed when accompanied by tuition payment. Tuition consists of a fixed monthly charge. Occasionally, there will be 3 or 5 classes in one month, but on average, there will be 4 classes per month, and the monthly charge will not change throughout the year. June’s tuition is also factored into the entire fall/spring tuition amount. Tuition charges will be posted to the customer account on the 1st day of each month. If tuition has not been received by the 1st of each month, MVP will automatically pull funds through ADP, and/or send an invoice to the email attached to the account. A $20.00. A late fee will be added to tuition balances not paid by the 5th of each month. Returned checks will be charged $50.00. Tuition is not a pay-by-class rate and will not be prorated due to vacation, holidays, or absences. There are no tuition adjustments made for missed lessons. This includes classes missed or canceled due to bad weather. Make-up classes are available and must be made up during the current Fall/Spring (Sept-June) season.
DROPPING A CLASS OR SCHEDULE CHANGES
You may always add a class to your registration through the Parent Portal, as long as the class level is appropriate for your student. Any class swaps or drops will need to be requested through the Front Desk. Please email info@mvpdanceelite.com with your request. Class drops will need to be communicated before the 1st of the month; any requests made after tuition is collected will not be refunded.
TRIAL CLASSES
First time at MVP? We offer a week free of trial classes to find the best fit for your dancer! Please create an account here and email info@mvpdanceelite.com with the classes you are interested in trying. Trial registration can only be completed by the desk staff to reflect the free week. If you need assistance with class selection, feel free to stop by or email us for recommendations. Please note, trials are only allowed for new students under 18yrs. Returning students or students 18+yrs will need to complete a drop-in class if not registered.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
If classes do not meet the minimum enrollment requirements, they will be canceled or combined with another appropriate class. We will make every effort to find students a comparable class option. If we are unable to do this, a prorated tuition refund will be offered.

Drop-in classes are on a first-come-first-serve basis. Payment will be collected in person. For our popular classes or any special guests, we recommend contacting us for availability updates.
