Tuition & Details
REGISTRATION, TUITION, AND PAYMENT POLICIES
To register, please complete the registration form, including the non-refundable registration fee, and return to MVP Dance Elite. Online registration is also available at mvpdanceelite.com. Placement in a class is only guaranteed when accompanied by tuition payment. Tuition consists of a fixed monthly charge. Occasionally there will be 3 or 5 classes in one month, but on average there will be 4 classes per month and the monthly charge will not change throughout the year. June’s tuition is also factored into the entire fall/spring tuition amount. Tuition charges will be posted to the customer account on the 1st day of each month. If tuition has not been received by the 1st of each month MVP will automatically pull funds through ADP, and/or send an invoice to the email attached to the account. A $10.00 late fee will be added to tuition balances not paid by the 6th of each month. Returned checks will be charged $25.00. Tuition is not a pay-by-class rate and will not be pro-rated due to vacation, holidays, or absences. There are no tuition adjustments made for missed lessons. This includes classes missed or canceled due to bad weather. Make-up classes are available and must be made up during the current Fall/Spring (Sept-June) season.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
If classes do not meet the minimum enrollment requirements they will be canceled or combined with another appropriate class. We will make every effort to find students a comparable class. If we are unable to do this, a prorated tuition refund will be offered.
RECITAL & HOLIDAY SHOW FEE
Our Spring End of Year Show is held every year in June as well as a tentative Holiday Show in December. MVP charges a $25 recital fee due April 1st. These fees go towards theater rental, extra rehearsals, additional instructor hours, sound tech and light staff, graphic design, and programs. Students participating in the recital will need a costume for each class.
MVP also hosts a Holiday Show in December (dependent on venue availability). A $25 holiday fee will be due November 1st to assist with venue costs. The holiday show costume will be throw-together and any additional accessories will be provided by MVP. To eliminate any additional costs, we do our best to have students use items from their closets for our Holiday and End of Year Show. For any costumes needed to be purchased for class, they must be paid in full before the student is able to receive the items ordered. We are unable to offer any refunds for recital or costume costs. It is our goal to keep costume and ticket prices as low as possible!

Drop-in classes are on a first-come-first-serve basis. Payment will be collected in person. For our popular classes or any special guests, we recommend contacting us for availability updates.
