2023- 24 Season Auditions

Important Information to know:

Mandatory Meeting: We have added info meetings each day, 1-hour prior to the auditions. This is in place of our usual info meeting that has taken place after auditions. We hope to be able to answer all your questions prior to your child’s audition If you have questions about filling out your audition application, please bring it with you. We will discuss our Company requirements, expenses, and dates for the 2023-24 Season. You only need to attend one info meeting. If you are unable to attend the date of your child’s auditon please choose another meeting date that you can attend. The info meeting is required and is the only parent meeting required all season. Dancers are also encouraged to attend, so that the expectations for the competition season are clear to both dancers and parents alike.

Choreo Week: August 19th-August 27th. Each Company group will be assigned a rehearsal time to start learning their choreography for their 2023-24 competition routine. Please do not schedule any travel during this period. It is crucial we have all dancers present to set formations and choreography.

Audition Application: Please bring your application with you on audition day! There will be copies available on-site. You may turn in your application to the front desk early if you wish.

Online Audition: If you are going to be out of town for auditions and cannot make it, please follow the directions listed on the online application attachment. Make sure to email or turn in a physical copy of your application by the deadline dates. For Rookies, applications are due July 25th, 2023. All other ages are due July 27th, 2023.

Audition Info: Please make sure to reference our audition process document, dancers are encouraged to not audition for any genres that they do not wish to be part of a large group. You will have a period of time after the audition to accept or decline your offers for the companies we’d like you to be part of, but we do take a great deal of care during the audition process to form groups that we think would be cohesive and balanced. It does affect that balance if anyone offered declines, so please be thoughtful in your application and answer the questions about which genres you’d like to audition for and how many max groups you’d like to participate in, so we can do our best to offer you the groups you’d be glad to be a part of.
